I'll try to get them to work with Vincentlaw's new rotor hub.

I made a modifications to the ZF-22 i.e. added moar reaction wheels and batteries.

Has anyone tried to land on the helipad with it? I almost did it but I rolled the wrong way at the last few meters and... boom.

How to run:

1. Hit space.

2. Activate SAS

3. Switch to propeller (With [ or ] )

4. Hold Alt + Q until the roll pointer in all the way to the left.

5. Switch to the vehicle ( [ or ] ).

6. Try on to tip over!

As I can see from the pic you put spin to the propeller by using reaction wheels. Quick question: how s the rotor with its sas's held in that frame and lets it spin? How does it not create friction?

Well, not making it tip over is kinda hard. I'm gonna have to put several of these on something different and see what is possible.....

The zf-21 flies great in VTOL mode but I can get the engine to swivel up far enough to meet the horizontal flight docking port.... Nor can I get it to connect back to the bottom port. I was still able to land easily though.

0.21 broke the plane. You can still fly it in 0.20, though.

0.21 broke the plane. You can still fly it in 0.20, though.

I hate that SQUAD nerves the structural pylons, now they don't bend as good. ;(

I played a bit with that propeller... Is there any way to make it spin faster? More reaction wheels, more blades? (More batteries as well, maybe some RTGs, I can't imagine two 0.625m batteries last long)

Did you use the infiniglide bug to get to 17m/s? That seems a bit much for just the prop.
