Balance between power and control?

So I've been trying to build a Spaceplane that uses 2-5 TurboJet Engines, and trying to balance power and control, so when I get on the tarmac, ignite the engines and try to lift up, the game decides to stick it's tongue at me and make my aircraft flip around for about a minute or so and then crash into the ground. This has been happening every time I try to do it with no success.

Any help for spaceplanes?

This could possibly because your center of lift is outside of your center of mass. If you enable the markers in the SPH what do they show?

The center of mass is the middle engine, and the center of lift is in the middle part of the front. I don't really care about it, then the original post happens.
