AKA The TARASSD

For when you don't feel like waiting out a transfer window in your rocket, the TARASSD is there to keep your rockets safe and dry in the VAB instead of getting rained/snowed on on the launchpad.

Launch vehicle not included, Kerbal scientists couldn't figure out how to fit the propulsion system and the time-acceleration system in without making the inside larger than the outside.
