How to see the CoM in flight

I have started pumping fuel between tanks in order to get the perfect balance for my RCS thrusters. This would be alot easier if there was a way of seeing where the CoM is in flight. IS this possible?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: Your camera is centered on your CoM, I've read of some people attaching things on their ships and zooming in so they can tell how their CoM has moved, personally I don't bother though.
