How do you keep space crafts from disapearing after you end the flight?

I saw a video of someone launching diffrent space crafts and then docking them together how come mine keep on disapearing?

End flight is more of a "delete flight" button. The logic flow around the end flight scene will be changed in the next update because it led to confusion indeed

When you press escape, don't press "end flight", press "return to space center", that way you can launch a new flight
