Most attractive celestial body from low orbit?

Previously, I'd've said the Mun, because I've spent a fair amount of time orbiting that really close.

But Lathe is also a great one, it has a great balance between strangeness and familiar.

The feeling I get is that Vall is somewhat overlooked.

However it my pick for best viewing at low orbit. The contrasts and textures are nice. You are also moving at a decent pace, unlike Gilly/Pol/Minmus.

It's the closest thing I have seen to the Europa probe scene in the movie 2010...

I love the color of Eve, but the terrain of Minmus wins for me.

Moho peaks and Pol mountains are most beautiful for me.

Also, Vall and Minmus are pretty good too.

(I understand "low orbit" as "under 30 km")
