First: I have searched for "end flight" "recovery" and "ending a landed flight".

Second: can someone help?

In v21 did my test flight to the moon and back. My Command Pod is now sitting next to the space centre with three kerbals in. When i try to click on the space centre button it says it will revert to my previous save. How can i recover a flight without reverting? (especially as i dont think i'm "cheating" in that my pod has been successfully maneuverd home and i'm not recovering some out of fuel hulk around eve)

While at the moment i've not done a lot in the v21 universe if reverting is required to end a mission successfully, i don't see how the new system is an improvement. I can see how its intended function is.

Any help?

so you have to lose some of your save time? as it reverts to my previous save?

No? After you press escape, just return to the space center, don't go through the revert flight procedure. Then you can go in the tracking station, select your pod, and recover the crew from there. The tracking station is the only place you can recover crew from. The only way your save will be reverted to an earlier time is if you use the revert flight button.
