Open Multiple or Import Saved Designs?

Hello fellow space explorers!

I had a general question regarding the Vehicle Assembly Building and how it treats saved ship designs. Basically, I want to know if it's possible in the stock game to load multiple designs simultaneously. For example, let's say I make a generic lifting rocket design, and have a few designs for a final stage, such as a Lander, Probe, etc. Is there a way that I can load the Lander and add the lifting rocket to the active build session to save myself some repeated effort, or would I have to define a full rocket for each and every desired final stage?

Beingly, yes, you have to build up the full rocket becouse there is no way to import other ready-to-use dsigns, yet.

Have a look at the wiki in the "planned features" section, and read under "Spacecraft Construction".

Hello. I been watching ksp videos on YouTube and i been seeing the guy load other designs. Would that be his own doing then if its not from KSP? That would be awesome if / when we can do this. Make it a bit easier

The sub assembly loader mod can do this. I haven't looked but it may or may not have updated to the current version.
