How to get into Aries 3A from groud?

I climbed to the top of the ladder then found unable to do things except letting go.

You have to climb up to where you're touching the canopy, then stop. Once you stop moving, the "Board [F]" thing will appear. Same with all such things. The "Grab" and "Board" options don't appear while you're inputting on keys (although if you're jumping or coasting in EVA, they do appear)

i think you hv to alt+12 to go into debug and allow ur kerbal to walk on the tanks to get in

otherwise i never could get back in either

Hold down Shift and D, and then jump. You should land on the winglet. Then just enter the cockpit.
