Possible to get IVA of Hitchhiker Module to work in 0.20?

I just want to know if it's easy enough to just copy a few files, edit a few others, to get the Hitchhiker Module's IVA to work in 0.20.

I'm thinking it's hard-coded, but I'm hoping not.
