Proposed orbiter emergency escape system

Greetings! I'm trying to find out what the proposed orbiter emergency escape system was called. I don't think it was ever used, and it was a single person capsule that was basically a coffin with a rocket and a parachute. Usually I can google something like this, but I seem to be having a bad day and the G-Man is letting me down.

Moose was not an coffin it was an ejection seat with an inflatable foam heat shield. Yes its far more kerbal than the orion nuclear rocket.

There have been a few escape systems proposed over the years. There were some clamshell designs like those on the B-58, and IIRC one of the early designs for the shuttle used an escape capsule like the B-1 and F-117. Buran had ejection seats, as did the European Hermes design.

None of them are useful through all stages of launch or re-entry, which is why they've not been very popular.
