My first 6 attempts at landing in the new update, Resulted in me landing on a 90 degree angle, And exploding.

Death and Despair have never looked more beautiful..

That shot is Bill in Beagle III. Beagle II came in too hard and took Jeb's life before I could catch it.

I'll do a mission report on this mission later in mission reports. My launcher is odd to say the least.

Last night I did a fly by at 10 Kilometers height. The terrain looks really cool, more lively

I'm actually surprised that my first Munar Landing in this update went well. It did come down a little hard and did have a close call with the lifter barely missing it but it landed alright. Still enough fuel to get it into orbit so I'm happy

The new moon is definitely a joy to be at. Even Kerbin's landscape is awesome. now we only need some clouds and its perfect!

It really is beautiful now. Actually the whole game is a lot prettier in .21, I honestly can't see much room for complaint. I'm really loving the new asas.

However, I do get an awful lot of pop-up as the terrain is loaded.

Wait until you get in to one of the crater gullys, there's some really wild terrain there now.

Those mountains are nearly 2 km high and the edges are really steep. I really need to make a base here.

Loving the new Mun too looking great. Bob has dropped through the entire sphere accelerating to the center of and out the other side twice however. He crashed his Mun buggy turning too sharply. When I switched from the buggy to Bob he tripped through the surface. My only option after this was to restore back to the last save when returning to the space center. It then happened again after he got some vacuum off the edge of a crater in the same buggy after landing again from Munar orbit, I usually quicksave prior to attempting to land. Tommorrow I'm gona see what sort of vacuum Jeb can get off those mad crator rims. Mad fun.

New moon is awesome, spend alot of time today admiring the view on the edge of a big crater. And landing on a suitable spot took alot more time, my first attempt took me on a slide down a hill

The new Mun is absolutely beautiful.

I will plant a flag in honor of my friend (He left, in another website and I will probably never see him again) there.

I love the new Mun as well. When I went there after the update I landed in a ravine and spent the next few hours exploring it. It was amazing! I'll see if I can find any screenshots of it. I usually don't record any of my adventures.

In some places the crazy swooping crater rims and valleys remind me of those styrofoam sets from B-movies of the '50s and '60s, where our ray-gun toting hero is seduced by green-skinned alien space vixens (thankfully not Kerbals). (note: these two screenshots are from different Mun sites about 20km away at least, due to problems).
