daemonCaptrix
"The original ship core" means the first command pod you placed. The game automatically sets that as the pink target dot. It's this way, in part, because when you destroy the command pod, the game automatically reports "No Target". Mr Tegu
not if you don't use a pod as the first part, the pink dot will revert to the next pod and you will remain targeting the ship:The command pod died as you can see in the second photo. daemonCaptrix
I just tested this too. It seems you're right about that. This indicates that you assume because my screen cap showed "No Target" that Spartwo's command pod was his seed part, when in fact I may have coincidentally destroyed both the command pod and the seed part. Mr Tegu
You can always tell what the seed part is, the yellow brackets always hover over the seed part and if you bracket over to the other ship and zoom in as far as you can the camera will center on it. Also command pods will supersede unmanned pods with regard to the pink dot on the nav ball (I did some testing after what you said last week, I always assumed it would line up with the brackets and don't aim with it anyway). The Zero Squad consists of:- Kozuki's VengeanceA new prototype destroyer, This will be the first battle for the "Lancelot - I" class of ships. (Yes, I know the pic isn't great, but I'm trying to not reveal too much about the Lancelot's construction and design.)-Zero's Wrath and Waldstein's VanguardThe two "Burai" class sister-ships have proven themselves versatile and tough, but this battle will be a major decider in the consideration of future construction and development of the "Burai" class. daemonCaptrix
The Lancelot - I looks very much like a Nautilus. You're even using new weapons based on the LRMs my ships use. I can't wait to see what improvements you've made.

Mr Tegu
Indeed, I warped at 0, as it were and I name my classes after the first of the kind. @ dae, fancy pitting your 700 parter against my new 680 parter?:You can go first but neither of us can go further than 2.5km from the target, I wanna see how she tanks. Mr Tegu
We can do the whole thing again with you going first after if you like, or just shoot a murderer with one in a separate persist.
Deathsoul097
No, its fine. The Waldstein and the Zero will take their revenge. (I hope)
Spartwo
Here you go:http://www./download/wgk7yosf9bfi7uu/persistent.sfsWhen you destroyed Berlin you created a restock depot:PWaste not want not. After that Paris set about Nautilus being told not to use both SRBs.Aim was taken and a shot was fired. It wasn't a good hit but it wasn't a bad one either. In an attempt to cripple the ship three bouts of secondary fire were released(which doesn't happen often). This is quite a nice screenshot. Spartwo
Not sure how, but Nautilus' command pod is floating free in space without the rest of the ship anywhere in sight...Persistent debris is off and I moved the pod into a higher orbit.EDIT:Of course most of the damage was a result of the death spiral which in turn was caused by the dislodged wing/nuke which was a result of shot 4.
