The MK2 and MK3 are still unfinished. They've been in since .15. There is a wonderful mod that adds IVA to the MK3, but the MK2 remains untouched. Do any of you guys use these? It seems like a waste in an otherwise amazing game.

Word on the street forum is that spaceplane parts are gonna receive an overhaul, that will probably come with an improved aerodynamics system.

That's why people don't want to spend their time working on these.

fair enough, but to be honest id be happy with some rudimentary and hastily built IVA just with a nav ball and a radar altimeter

In answer to the OP, I do use them a bit, when the MK 1 wouldn't suit the craft, or I want three kerbals.

TT's mk3 iva is one of my favourites in the game.
