Designed to remain stable at high-speed, low-altitude flights without the need for SAS to guide you. The low-profile makes landing and taking off a bit tricky, I'd recommend ~33% throttle for take-off, and cut the engines all together for landing and just glide it in. This craft abuses part-clipping.

How fast can it go?

Right off the bat it should hit around 270m/s at around 1km. It will exceed 300m/s through the KerBull air-race mountain courses while remaining stable.
