Texture Modding?

It really depends on the part you are trying to modify. If the modder used .png or .tga format for their texture files, you can alter them using any common picture editor. if they used the .mbm format, it becomes a lot more complicated, but if I recall correctly there is a tutorial on the wiki.

well, for example, I was hoping to retexture the 3-man command. any ideas?

as far as i know you can't alter existing models, i have tried many ways to import them to blender. and scoured many sites for any way it can be done.

you could try making your own... It, Is, Not, easy.... :@ but i continue to try
