Continuing my mission to recreate all the key rockets from the space race, here is perhaps the most important one of them all! Vostok!

Just enough DV to get into orbit with a tiny bit of fuel left for the retro rocket.

Hit hotkey 2 to extend the aerials once in orbit!

About three days I think... the launch vehicle is based on the one I made for Sputnik.

It's very tight on fuel... but I've got it in orbit twice now

Start your gravity turn at 8km, leaning over to about 70 degrees. gradually creep down just above the prograde marker, don't drop below 45 degrees until AP is at least 35km, try to keep AP at least 45 seconds ahead of you. I'll see if I can put a video together!

Just tweaked the design a little and it now has more DV, should be a little easier to get into orbit.
