Help new user? Instructions on how to play

Hi I have tried the demo and it was good all my children like it so I purchased the full copy.

I have installed it and it works ok on our 10+ year old machines!

But I cannot find any help files or instructions on how to play and what all the extra items do or how to use them. Eg set target, add maneuver? Etc can someone help me and tell me where the user info is hiding; I have been looking on the web site but am unable to find it.

By the way my children are aged 5, 8 and 9y I am a little bit older than that low.

This tutorial is in version 0.18, but the mechanics are virtually the same.

Also, don't forget struts!!!

Have you tried playing the build in tutorials yet?

You can also check the Wiki from the link at the top of the forum. That'll tell you a bit about all the parts, planets, and a few other tutorials, links and such.

I'd also recommend going through the resources offered in the Drawing Board post.

A quick tutorial on making orbit and all the basics of rocket design you'd need to know to do just about everything. I'll be doing another quick one on landing a Kerbal easily and safely on the moon, which an emphasis on quick! I can never bring myself to watch a video that is 25-35 minutes long!
