Identify the highlighted ship component

I'm ever so new to this, and the number one frustration is that when building a ship, or reviewing a ship, I cannot figure out what part I have selected.

The part is highlighted both on your model and the staging guide to the right.

That said, I would also prefer a better indication of selected parts on the model and in the staging guide. For instance, highlight the specific selected part with a red tint on the model, while all other effected parts are tinted green (as is done currently).
