Bring back Gigantor Solar Panel attachment!

Why Did they take away the attachment bubble for the gigantor solar panel - I mean, I was using that! It was really useful. I want to raise this so people know how I feel - Comment if you are the same

It should of kept it, Its annoying because when I want to attach it, its not on straight

I thought something was missing when it didn't seem to snap of to the end of cubic octo struts. Wonder why they took it out.

I usually attach them radially to a tail fin or something. But when I need them on the end of a skinny part, it's really hard to get them straight without that end node. Pressing "C" helps, but dang.

No, sorry I don't have any pictures of me putting the gigantors on anything, however, this issue only arose because for a change, I wanted a solar panel ontop of a rocket, which brought on the pains

yeah press c - it locks the parts to the nearest (from memory) 5 degrees when placing, may help

Yea, that kinda helped, its still a pain and really should be put back in (I think)

Don't forget that you can downgrade to the previous stable (and therefore restore the old behavior in a personal mod, if you like).

Agreed, that seems like it'd be a strange thing to do. Perhaps copying the part from an old install will fix the problem.

I checked my 0.20.2 install and they didn't have it there either... I too don't remember them ever having the little bubble.

I am sure, solar panels never had this node in the first place. (maybe that was a mod?)

But they totally should have it, that would make things so much easier. I always thought that those panels should be on top of the probe.
