Context Menu Help

On a few of my custom parts the context menu has too many items on it and extends off the bottom of the screen. Many of the items it shows are useless but I would like to see my fuel and all my buttons that do something. I've done a bit of systems integration and some programming of my own, but I can't find a way to make this menu scroll, multi- column, or detach from the right click point on the part. Any suggestions?
