Reduce plane control surfaces super sensitivity [like FAR does]

You probably already know that for some reason in KSP when you use the axis control on a plane then it goes imminently to 100% precent, no easing, even in the Caps Lock option it goes very fast, not only that, even if you use the joystick on super low sensitivity it still has hypersensitivity and quite difficult to control. If you install FAR (Ferram Aerospace Research) mod, then apart from all the other stuff it does, it also eases the control surfaces. But, because I get many complications with FAR, I rather play without it.

So, is there any way to reduce that sensitivity like FAR does, but without actually fully installing the FAR mod?

Thank you :)

i heard that helps in case you didnt.

Do you know they already mentioned it? I don't think you understood the question to begin with.

even in the Caps Lock option it goes very fast

it mostly happens with keyboards, but with joysticks you can hold the controls in place. For those without joysticks, holding alt will enable you to set trim. I find this useful for fine maneuvering as well as it is somewhat smoother than caps. Just remember to press alt-x after you're done.
