What are the minimal times to reach the planets in the Kerbol system from Kerbin?

Well, if you have enough dV, you could (in theory) get anywhere in a couple of days.

Travel time in days:

Moho: 15

Eve: 21

Duna: 38

Dres: 75

Jool: 140

Eeloo: 198

I don't think Duna is just 38 days. From the three missions I launched to Duna, I would say the average trip to Duna takes about 60 to 70 days. Of course, if you don't mind spending a few km/s more delta-v, you could possibly get there in much less.

I just went onto my fresh testbed save, timewarped to near the 'optimal' window, I get there in 33 days with just under 1100m/s with a very sloppy transit.
