Orbital decay

Alright so I download RemoteTech and was setting up some relays at higher altitudes for communication between Kerbin and The Mun. My question is there is some debris in a weird orbit its periapsis is 56,727 and the other ones are a bit above that since they go into the atmosphere will there orbit decay eventually? They've gone around a couple of times with slight changes in the apoapsis.

Only if they are the active ship. KSP will not model a decaying orbit unless the ship's periapsis is inside the atmosphere and it is the active vessel.
