Aligning Satellites towards Kerbal

I have built my first working spy-Satellite. Is it possible to have it aiming towards Kerbal all the time and following it's rotation? As of now it's aiming the antennas at a fixed point in space so I'm missing alot of intel

You can do a geostationary orbit, so you're following Kerbin's rotation, but you can't keep the satellite pointed at it unless you have it as your active ship (and use an autopilot to do the turning).

As Soon as you stop focusing on the ship it will go "on rails" Which means that all rotation will stop and it won't be affected by an atmosphere. If you are focusing on it then you would need to do it manually.
