Is there a song that seems to be a theme for your Kerbals...?

I'm a new player to the game and as I've been running through a play list of various pieces of music.... I've come across a piece that seems to fit the way I play perfectly; which is the theme from "Hogan's Heroes.' My Kerbals seem industrious... and none too bright. I had considered the piano theme to Ghostbusters (second link--Which isn't the Ray Parker song btw.) but Hogan's Heroes.. Just fits.

It got me thinking though, what music do people seem to find as their program's theme music (if any)... If you do, post a comment (and a link if you can)!

Thanks!

  • Styx: Come Sail Away
  • Megadeth - High Speed Dirt (specifically for landings)
  • Iron Maiden - Flight of Icarus, and Aces High (for launches)
  • Creedence Clearwater Revival - Have You Ever Seen the Rain (association with Stargate SG-1), Bad Moon Rising
  • The Offspring - Million Miles Away
  • Cinderella - Long Cold Winter (for anyone stuck on airless rocks), Bad Seamstress Blues (For floating back down after RUD)
  • Rammstein - Waidmanns Heil (long burns)
  • Metallica - Orion (While time-warping to maneuver nodes), Fuel (launches)
  • Guns n' Roses - Rocket Queen
  • Rolling Stones - Time Is On My Side (while time-warping)

In fact, I think I'm going to make a space-themed playlist to run in the background of KSP.

  • 3 weeks later...

The Jedi Master that song reminds me of the first Kerballed rocket I got out of Kerbin's atmosphere..... Stranded all three of them in a solar orbit, with no fuel to go anywhere... I've thought about sending a rescue mission out from time to time...

You sir. I like you a lot.

Especially Fuel is very appropriate for this game and rocks the hell out.

"This was a triumph.

I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS.

It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.

Kerbal Science

We do what we must

because we can.

For the good of all of us.

Except the ones who are dead.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake.

You just keep on trying till you run out of rockets to make.

And the Science gets done.

And you make to the Mun.

For the Kerbals who are still alive.

Noticed it fits very well when I replayed Portal last week.
