I don't see editor extensions at work (seen it do this to a noob to the mod before) so like mentioned above, it probably has to do with a rotated symmetry bug. When rotating the entire craft, it screws with the symmetry. It is particularly bad when multi-couplers are present. The only known fix is remove the part, delete it, grab a new one, then try attaching. If that does not work, please let us know.

Well, it's not the problem about the facing of the part, this problem started just yesterday and I was playing FINE with these mods before it happened. so, what could it be? I tried removing the part and adding it again but it doesn't work.. Also I made the rover in VAB not copy paste from SHIPS folder.

Yes, I had that problem too. I created a Rocket and the last step were the Boosters, but they attached very strange. They floated next to the craft. Sorry if you have that problem too, but I think you can't use that craft anymore. You could edit the craft file and delete these parts, I didn't try that. Good luck! :)

Disconnect the subassembly at the upper kethane tank, set it aside, grab the pod, press space to reset it's orientation. connect the subassembly to the bottom of the pod, removing anything that's in the way and setting it aside. now you can use symmetry the way you want to, once you have all your symmetry business done, re-assemble your craft, careful not to grab anything that was attached symmetrically in the now inaccessible configuration.

But did you or did you not rotate the rover after you started the build? What I meant by relying on the core part is that when you start a new build by picking a part, symmetry goes around that part as it is initially placed. If you rotate it 90 degrees and attach something below it after rotation, and then attempt to put something by symmetry onto the attached part, symmetry won't work properly.

There's no way around that, it's simply how it works. Symmetry is locked to the core part, not the vertical axis of the VAB.

OK, Let me end this, Juhnno you really helped me with the last comment, I tried rotating the vessel for the glass to face the roof of VAB then did everything else, it WORKED.

now, I deleted the game, deleted all the mods and all that stuff then re-installed and it was the same problem before you commented, thanks everyone!! I can't tell you my feeling but you made my day!

happy weekend! for everyone!

EDIT*: but seriously, developers should find a way around to make symmetry work however you rotate your craft. just simply find a way around I don't know..

I dunno, I think it might be because the focus of symmetry is confused because the starting part is rotated. I would also recommend using a sky crane (landing stage over payload) to deliver rovers. Maybe you send my your craft file and I'll figure it out.

Yes that is confirmed. Your problem is that you started with the initial module turned to the side. Find the module that makes your entire construction green. Click under it to separate the bottom piece. Then click on another module and use a 4 way angler and then add the construction to it so you can get the array to be in the correct axis.
