KSP Haiku Thread

Now, you probably learned all this in English class, but for those who didn't: haiku is a Japanese form of poetry. It doesn't have to rhyme, like most poetry. Instead, it's main feature is that it is always exactly seventeen syllables--no more, no less. It's harder than it sounds.

Anyway, I was thinking. What if we started a thread for haiku about KSP? Might as well start it here.

Exploding can be fun,

But not when you've spent time landing on Duna!

2)Maybe I'm counting wrong, but I've got seventeen syllables from my count.

After several counts, I'm still getting eighteen syllables. Knock the 'yes' off the first sentence and it's a haiku that makes perfect sense. Right now it just makes sense, no haiku there

I believe this is seventeen syllables, and it's also my first attempt at a haiku:

A speck in space,

venturing out to the deep reaches of the cosmos

I was taught that Haiku was 17, but in three phrases; 5, 7, 5.

Alone I sit

In my command module

Reflecting life
