The GRS2 or Giant Robot Suit Mk.2 is now available to the public.

B9 Aerospace 3.3

KW Rocketry

Procedural Wings

Procedural Fairings

Dromoman Robotic Arms (will replace this when I get a chance)

If you try to load this and the game is missing a part, let me know so I can update this list.

Action Groups:

1, 2: Legs (Important for balancing CoM with CoT)

3,4: Arms (Not as important but may help with balancing. You can also mount weapons to the arms)

Flight Instructions

Note: This is just a toy. It can not get you to orbit or anywhere far at all. You can not walk.

1: Right when craft loads, enable RCS and SAS and try to balance the robot. After it settles, it should stand on its own without input.

2: Set throttle to full before staging.

3: Stage to enable thrusters. Immediately, hold action group "2" untill the legs are between the exhaust jets. If you don't do this, you will pitch forward and crash.

4: Try to adjust the leg position to balance the CoM with the CoT.

5: Fly around a bit and use the parachute to land.

6: To land on your feet, apply SAS and RCS in an upright position and use the leg and arm controls to create a balanced posture.

Flying!

Jump up, jump up,

And get down!

wow.. I had to facepalm... I help sirkut make some new parts for IR so I can make a gigantic robot and someone grabs the plugin and beats me to it.. lol.. well done. Now you have to get it walking!

Hey i cant load the ship i have all mods listed downloaded whenever i load the ship it says missing:Dromoman and kzproc fairing base if anyone could tell me what thats from or anything else that would be great.

Ah! Those are the "Dromoman" robotic arm parts pack and the procedural fairings pack. I totally forgot about that. Not even sure what the fairing base is being used for. Could probably do without that and the dromoman arms so I may update it if I have time. In any case, the procedural fairings addon is a must-have, so you may as well get it.

Edit: Actually the procedural fairing base is used for the head, so its kind of important. My statement stands about getting the proc. fairings.

Dude, can you make a third version of this with the ability to be contained in a pod and dropped onto targets anywhere on the kerglobe? (Kerbin Globe...) Also, replace those arms.
