Prevent part highlight?

I am recording a video with the HUD off (F2). But whenever the mouse goes over a part gets highlighted in light green.

How can I disable the part highlight?

P.S. Reason I need to particularly disable the part highlight rather than moving the cursor out of the way is due to using the camera orbit mod - sometimes the flyby is so close to the rocket that there is no way to keep the cursor out of its way.
