Parachute Launch Challenge

After browsing through the gameplay threads I had an idea for a challenge This thread.

So here it is, get a rocket to orbit greater than 80x80km with a drogue chute that deploys at launch and is still intact at 80x80 orbit.

Edit: This is a stock challenge. No parts or flight assistance mods (like mechjeb). Feel free to test with mechjeb, I did, but your mission must be flown by hand, its different from flying a regular launch I assure you. FAR attempts will get their own leader-board.

As this is my first challenge I'm not too sure about balancing it, so I may change the scoring if there is a way to score ridiculously high, but for now the scoring is as follows:

Liquid Fuel at orbit * Number of Drogue chutes /100 (899 fuel is 8 points)

Bonus points

+2 for manned

Landing adds liquid fuel at landing/100 to your score (350 liquid fuel at landing is +3 points)

+5 for no control surfaces

+5 for no Reaction Wheels

+10 for no control surfaces or reaction wheels

x2 for using Large Parachutes instead of Drogue
