Button to toggle or lock/free gimbals

I think there should be a standard button to toggle gimbal. I've found that locking the gimbal often stabilizes the flight of a powerful rocket, especially with the new SAS. Very often, people lock the gimbal of the outer stages of rockets, and they leave the innermost engine free. I feel a standard button for this effect would be warranted.

if you right click on the engine (if it supports gimbal) there will be a clickable option button to select gimbal on or off.

This still happens a lot with the new SAS?

I've very rarely found that gimbal lock is needed any more. The adjustments made just aren't as extreme (except with dodgy mass wobbling up top!). Certainly this would've been nice under 0.20 and below, but I don't see it as needing to be a standard feature any more for the most part.

Action groups covers off the requirement when it is needed, and gives you more flexibility than one button would.
