Precision Controls Do Not Work

When I press CAPSLOCK, the roll/pitch/yaw indicators do not change color. I verified in Settings that CAPSLOCK is set as the correct key. I've tried in orbital mode and docking mode.

Ideas?

Second question: do precision controls work on the EVA rocket pack? If not, they should.

Are you on a Mac? If so, you can change the keyboard mapping in the settings to use a different key; I use tab.

I use tab too, and that works fine for me. Try switching it to a random key that won't do anything else specific when pressed on its own in KSP, like the tab key, and retrying - it might be possible that the native function of your caps lock, the shift-locking function, is interfering.

I'm on Windows 7. The TAB-key idea worked PERFECTLY.

I like the idea of rebinding it to a different key. The game forgets the CapsLock setting if you alt-tab out or launch a new vessel - and then toggling it off switches the mode incorrectly. Also, I find myself responding to posts ALL IN CAPS by accident after doing that.
