Sleek and powerful Cargo SSTO challenge

Okay challenge is to build a sleek yet powerful SSTO that flys well not using any of the mechjeb mod pack. When I say sleek I mean no crazy engines hanging all over the place. Think Concorde style. As in everything seems to just look right but also has a function. Mods that can be used are B9, Novapunch, modular wheels, kw rocketry and procedural wings. Please include a download link and pic of your craft.

Well, you should write down your thoughts in more orderly fashion.

I would also suggest that you read and consider the official Challenge Submission Guidelines. A good challenge can stay active for quite some time - my Doing it Apollo style challenge was posted over a month ago. So it's really a good idea to spend some time and thought on a good challenge - rather than posting what just came to your mind.

Well not sure if it satisfies your guidelines.

Its stock parts (except strechy tank as a placeholder for cargo), it uses mechjeb (for reliable orbital insertion) and it delivers around 25t to orbit with 72 tons launch mass. Bit it is a rocket... Still a SSTO

This doesn't seem like a challenge at all. There's no scoring system, no goals, no achievements, no nothing. You're really just asking people to build SSTOs for you, especially since you're saying 'include craft file'.

As already pointed out, please go read the challenge posting guidelines and try again.

Also asking for craft files is more for spacecraft exchange while challenges are for competition.
