Space plane

I`m making a shuttle to deploy small Satellites. I can roll down runway and get airborne but once I`m at like 14,000m metters I start going all over the place. Any Idea's? More wings? maybe? I have enough thrust to get there with w/or without jets..

If you are flaming out or sparking you may need more air intakes. maybe you can add some photos of the shuttle so we can help more or describe what it looks like.
