target a moon out of sight

I´ve got my probe with satellites on a high elliptical orbit around Jool. I want to release a probe heading for Laythe, to conserve fuel the best point to release and maneuver would be on the Apoapsis.

Only at this distance I don´t see the small moons anymore in the map view. How can select that moon as target?

Using the TAB key in the map view lets you cycle the map camera between your active craft's position and the different planets and moons. I think you can then select a target once it's back in the view.
