Anyone got any ideas about how to move this thing?

I have a base here. It has the life support supplies for Bill's 22 day stay on Eve. But it's 10 km from the rest of the junk and he doesn't want to drive to work every morning. However, his house does not have wheels. It does however have a parachute, a winch, and a socket.

I have at my disposal:

One kethane plane, with 1 winch and one socket.

One unmanned cart with a socket.

One manned cart with a winch and a socket.

One one-man ascent vehicle believed to be incapable of reaching orbit. (2 sockets)

One two-man ascent vehicle believed to be capable of reaching orbit. (3 winches, 3 sockets)

Several years of life support supplies and fuel in orbit.

There is not enough life support on the surface for bill and Jeb to hang around long enough for another eve window.

I've tried connecting it to the plane and taking off, no go. It explodes, even with unbreakable joints turned on.

I don't know what might break, but its circular so you could roll it there.

The bumpy parts are big enough that it doesn't have the torque to roll.

I decided to suck all the snacks out of it and take them over to the other base, storing them in whatever I could find. I took all the waste and dumped it in this thing.

You could've dragged it along using the plane (without taking off). You would've probably scraped off a lot of parts but perhaps it could've worked.
