The Planetary Exploration Rover System is a rover launch system developed for Eve exploration via rover, but can potentially make it other places.

Mods used:

MechJeb for execution of pre-planned maneuver nodes and circularization

KSPX

Procedural Fairings

Kethane for sciencey things

Romfarer's lazor cams
