For some users it may be an intensive task. Not everyone here has a computer that can take under a minute to load KSP. My KSP for example takes up to five minutes to load up. It'd be easier and much kinder of you to post up some pictures of the ship so we can at least make a judgement on what we're about to download.

As simple as this. I've decided not to post any picture of this craft in "this thread". Please give some respect to my decision. You been told at the 1st thread the you may post any number of picture of this craft here...but just not from me. Am I make myself clear?

Wait a minute... This looks like it may work. I'll download this in a day or two and see how I go... I'll try and post an album when I'm done.

I can 100% assure you that it work at ver0.21.

For 0.22, it never been tested. Especially if you would like to snap a few science equipments there. So, try at your own risk. Anyhow, I wish you good luck, and mission success.

Quite clear, however if you do not care to have even the least amount of common courtesy to post a picture of whatever infernal slapdash thing you've designed, to allow people to evaluate at least visually whether they should even bother with it, then I certainly shall not care one bit for any design innovations you may or may not have implemented in its construction.

Whatever your reasons for your so-called decision are, we can't see them any better than we can see a picture of the craft next to the download link. You ask to respect it, and yet do not respect those that you address in return. I see no reason to download this craft, or to recommend anyone else to download it. Am I making myself clear?

If you don't like it, leave it alone.

I have deleted several messages here. Sirine decided not to post a picture in the first post and that is his/her good right. I've seen arguments that a picture is needed because the download could otherwise be a virus, but I really don't see how a screenshot makes a difference in that way. If you don't want to download a craft without a picture that's fine, but don't harass people over having to post a picture. It's not a rule. Furthermore, if you have a problem with (part of) a post on the forums then please report it instead of derailing a topic.

As you were... :)

I'll post how not to do it. :( I've not succeeded yet. Seems I've planned well for the ascent (at least 10k, I hope in DV, not sure until I test it proper). But the descent has both too strong a parachute (structural), too weak a breaking capability (fuel/too few parachutes) and Eves gravity makes construction all wobbly. :P

I've got 1 more large lander to test and if it does not work, I'll have to redesign the entire thing for smaller tanks. :(

PS, I'm always happy to help others host images and saves if they wish. Can do so tempoarily at the least until they get a hosting (I think the youngsters use "InstaGran" or something these days? ;) ).

Technical Ben, I think I can give you some advice:

- Use a lot more parachutes. If you dont want to carry the weight on ascent, make them decoupleable.

- Use a significant bunch of drogue chutes to kill the spike when main chutes open.

- Don't waste so much fuel on landing. A tiny engine burn right before main chutes open and one before touchdown will be enough.

- Use a LOT more landing legs to support the weight in Eve's gravity. Use struts! Overkill means you can touch down harder.

Is Eve harder to take off from the Kerbin? If so doesnt your lander have to be a mobile rocket..? 0_)

Significantly harder, and yes you basically have to move an entire rocket from the surface of Kerbin using an even larger rocket to the surface of Eve.

Download and put it to your KSP game is apparently too complicated for you, so don't do it then. Thanks.

As of now, I'm assuming you're one of those data ransom bots.

At least post a picture of it, and don't act like it not having MechJeb is special, or that our lives need it. I did want an Eve system to try out, but not this one. It's 645 KB, which is about a (~)tenth as large as the Firespitter parts pack.

Please, at least say why not. That would help.

I'll do you a favor Sirine:

Now no one will complain anymore.

Finally. Thank you for the craft. Closeup on the lander would be preferred but this will do too.

For the Sirine - there are people like me who will never download crafts, have never opened stock prebuild ones but will always share ideas of craftmanship.

AFAIK, .craft files are only loaded when you actually want to use the craft. That means that they won't eat up your RAM.
