In this series I will do my best to replicate the most important missions in the space race and beyond. This will include the capsules, launch vehicles, locations, and major events through pictures. It will take all the missions from Sputnik-1 to the ISS. Feel free to post comments. I may make a Youtube video series if I can get FRAPS to work.

Yes they were. However the parts for making those probes are 1 meter so the rockets had to be scaled up.
