multiplayer warp problem (i think i figured it out)

alright so one of the major problems with a KSP multiplayer mod is the time warp, because time cannot move at different speeds for different people within the same universe without things getting crazy

so why not remove time warp, and then add the abilityto build some kind of hyper drive? either they can have it right off the bat or they have to get to space and then build a hyperspace capable ship there

some of the basic effects would stay the same, for example the stress put on your ship, or the different levels of speed your ship could attain in certain areas/situations

where as other effects would not carry over like the planets would maintain the speed they would normally move no matter how fast your ship is going

Hate to have to say it but this idea has been thought of many times before, any sort of warp drive that was not strictly for moving from one star to another would remove the main part of KSP's gameplay, that being orbital mechanics.

Multiplayer itself has been suggested by everyone on these forums and is now on the "What not to suggest" list, basically don't expect any form of multiplayer for KSP, except maybe as an expansion pack.

I better close this before it turns into a clone of every MP thread that's come before it.
