This engine fairings

Never deal with engines, and there hard to search something on this forums.

What I'm doing wrong, and where is mistake?

But my cylindrical "shroud" thing what should represent interstage fairing allways visible and not work. I added this "icon_hidden" tag, it's dissapear from icon. it's nice, but still visible in vab and game.

Cfg is actually direct copy of stock engine with some naming changes

...and FX position is not move not matter what numbers I use

...and trottle emissive animation not play

After several hours of exporting/reexporting, editing cfg/ recreating cfg, and launching\restarting ksp - all suddenly start to work properly, emissive is shines with throttle and shrouds dissapear. Still not sure what is was wrong with it and predict it will broke again for some one or at some moment.
