From Top to bot.

1. Living Section with 4 Nodes (Habs/Airlock) animated view shield.

2. Fuel Tank

3. Hangar (Animated Doors & Ramp)

4. Heatshield/Engine combo.

5. Launchplatform

Closed Modules

All open (Airlock & Habitates are only Dummys atm)

Update: the Payload Bay

The orange Tank is the Payload.

the Orbital Maneuvering Unit

RCS and 45° engines for Orbital maneuvering and reentry.

OMU with Heatshield

OMU, HS and Fairings

and finaly the 3rd Stage

33 Engines Gimbaling RCS for steering.

I think that the parts in general need more grit added to them, kinda for realism and kinda for the edges to look more defined.
