Tripzter
Hey good to see, for a while there i thought it was an all male planet.
lammatt
I thought Kerbals reproduce unisexually.
Tripzter
I thought Kerbals reproduce unisexually. No they come out of the cloning machine
Cby
Maybe they don't have genders, and a Kerbal can have what we consider boy and girl clothes, but to the kerbals are normal for everyone.
British_Rover
You mean asexually.
Whackjob
Could be trisexual. Male, female, host. Or Quadrasexual. Male, female, host, parasite.
katesp
Hooray! Nice addition. Is there an eventual Create-A-Kerbal function coming or something?
lajoswinkler
I'm looking at it and all I see is Jebediah with a wig and a dress. Polysexual species... that would be interesting.
SkyRender
Actually, if you switch between Felipe's and Claira's Kerbal avatars in that menu, you realize that it's the exact same Kerbal, only with different clothes and hair. Kerbals aren't really male or female; they just sort of... are.
AntonioAJC
Can we talk about the "female" model of the Kerbal and not about their gender and sexual orientations pretty please?Even though, it's (maybe) photoshopped, I would like to see female Kerbals in the game with their own model. It could really add variation on the Kerbals rather than their seemingly endless variation of names Facial features would be nice too.
lajoswinkler
Well I like the possibility of them being asexual and polygender. It's a rare thing in the world of computer games. Reminds me of one Star Trek episode.AntonioAJC, nobody mentioned orientations at all.
xvdBanksbvx
I thought Kerbals were supposed to be a sexless species that are closer to plants than mammals. Then we get to dress them how ever we want in the kerbalizer.
Cby
It has been confirmed they are still animals and not plants, but they are still probably sexless.
zxczxczbfg
I think kerbals are sexless. They can choose to grow their hair long or keep it short (required for the space program to keep it out of your face, hence no long-haired kerbals ingame so far). Urban_K
As I see it, about 1/5th to 1/4th of the Kerbals have female names. Not sure about Bob since I've seen "Blackadder".
mLegion
I always assumed warhammer orc-esque fungal nature reproducing through spores, the quantity over quality mindset would also fit in nicely with their willingness to die for the cause. Epthelyn
As I see it, about 1/5th to 1/4th of the Kerbals have female names. Not sure about Bob since I've seen "Blackadder".So Bob is actually a female called Kate?
Zeblote
So, will there be a "fun room" module for them??
Comrade Jenkens
I'd be happy if female kerbals were just the same as males but with different hair. I think that would suit the games style.

Michael232
It would be really nice to have companions for kerbals, like kerbal dog or kerbal giant cat. But if there would be kerbonaut girls, I won't make mixed crews - don't want them to do anything "funny" inside my rocket.
