Any information for Colliders for rooftops?

Hard to say but VAB/SHP rooftops are either box or mesh collider. What kind of colliders are you using that kerbals have issues with? Would also help to know if your buildings are statics placed by pqscity or if your using some other method.

They are a mesh collider. It is placed by pqscity.

Are you using a normal mesh collider or convex like with parts?

I have been using normal mesh colliders for statics since KerbTown was released and only have an issue when coliders get to big (500 or so meters from object origin seems to be the magic numbers for issues). If the area is to big, has alot of height variation or steps Id suggest placing box colliders for those areas.

hmmm... I just tried a box collider with the same result. I'm programatically generating buildings in c# so I don't know if there is something wrong I'm doing there.
