It is being widely reported that team Oracle employed a well known Kerbal technology on their boat to win the America's Cup this week. The key technology was an electronic leveling device for their hydrofoils known as a "Stability Augmentation System", or SAS.

I sail, and I do believe that is known as 'cheating' The crew are meant to balance the boat. Not some automatic adjustment system.

Agreed, and I've read reports that the whole thing might be headed to court. We'll see if they call any Kerbal engineers to testify!
