How do I get back my Kerbals?

Hi

I recently started a mun mission and managed to get back to Kerbin. The capsule with the three crew members landed safely in the sea, but how can I make them available again in the astronaut complex?

You need to recover the mission: go to the Tracking Station and find your Mun mission craft in the list (it should report its status as "splashed down"). At the bottom are three buttons - a yellow one that looks like a crane, a red x (which should be greyed out) and a green checkmark. Click on the yellow crane to recover the mission, and select "Recover" when the insanity check comes up. That should be all you need to do.
