I'm going to try and explain this joke. The TOG II is famous from a video game called World of Tanks, and it's huge and slow. People often make the joke that most of the engine space isn't actually for the engine, but a Jacuzzi. A LOT. It has 80-100 wheels, each has about 2 batteries and an RTG each.
