Great graphic, but some corrections: Chang'e 2 is no longer orbiting the moon; it's transiting into deep space after vising the Earth-Sun L2 and flying by the asteroid Toutatis. Also ARTEMIS P1 and P2 orbited the Earth-Moon L1 and L2 points for awhile, but are now in lunar orbit.

The last partially successful russian interplanetary mission was phobos-2 in '88. Everything program since then has experienced massive issues, and all the ones that have reached launch have failed. It's gotten to the point where India pulled out off a collaborative lunar lander project because they'd have a better chance of success if they did the whole thing themselves, despite the massive difference in experience.
