Couldn't find a better place for this - possible legal issue?

Do you notice it too? You ought to.

I have no idea if its an open license song, if Squad gave 'em the okay if it's original soundtrack or if it's being used illegally.

I don't even know if Squad would care seeing as it's not seemingly used for profit in any way.

But yeah, just to check - is that music okay for others to use or is the website using it wrongly?

As I understand it the entire KSP soundtrack except the KSP main theme is royalty free music that anyone can use...

IIRC, most of the music from KSP is open sourced from Kevin MacLoed website. I think only the main theme has been written by Harv and the rest is from him, so yeah, other people are free to use it.
